Gov 2.0: What it means to you and how we can improve it

There has been a lot of discussion recently on what exactly defines Gov 2.0 and true progression in the public sector. According to Adriel Hampton, Gov 2.0 is not just about using cool new gadgets like the iPad, nor is it just implementing cloud computing.
